Family history packages

I offer a range of fixed-price genealogy research packages. They are ideal for laying a solid foundation if you are just beginning to explore your family history, and useful if you want to know more about one specific line in your family tree.

Each piece of research begins with a ‘primary individual’ of your choice, as shown in the examples below.

Single surname package – £250

Focuses on four generations including the primary individual, along either the mother or the father’s paternal line.

Includes primary individual, his/her parents, two grandparents and two great grandparents, as well as their brothers and sisters.

Two surname package – £350

Focuses on four generations including the primary individual, along the paternal line of both the mother and the father.

Includes primary individual, his/her parents, four grandparents and four great grandparents, as well as their brothers and sisters.

Four surname package – £500

Focuses on four generations including the primary individual, along both the paternal and maternal lines of both the mother and the father.

Includes primary individual, his/her parents, four grandparents and eight great grandparents.

Each family tree package includes:

  • research focussed on birth, baptism, marriage, death and burial records, and census returns
  • descendant chart, including years of birth and death for each individual (where possible)
  • descendant or ancestor report
  • place report, highlighting the locations in which your ancestors lived
    a description of any searches that did not yield results
  • full referencing of all sources consulted
